Damaged products and/or transport packaging
If you see serious damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery
person to report it.

This will help us enormously and we will be able to provide a suitable solution quickly.

- A photograph of all types of inner packaging included in the package.
- A photograph of the entire scope of the article.
- A detail photo of the specific damage to the item.
